MINUTES of MEETING December 4, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 8:25 pm.
The November minutes were read by secretary, Carla Miller. Jack Sweetnam moved they be approved as read. Susan Sexton seconded. Motion carried.
Treasurer's report: Treasurer's report was given by Sue Sweetnam. There will be a $133 loss in December trial.
President's report: Presidents report was given by Wade Campbell. One trial is finished. We need a trial chairman for the March 2008 trial. Susan Sexton volunteered. Wade Campbell moved we charge $50 for sheep and ducks and $60 for cattle entries. Sue Sweetnam seconded. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS

Membership: Membership report given by Sue: There were no new applications in the past month.

March Trial Judges: Carol Lucero is our 3/8/08 judge and Cathy Balliu is our 3/9 judge. Sue sent judge's contract. Kathleen Casey has agreed to do membership.
NEW BUSINESS
Mary Campbell will handle 2007 Dog of the Year points and title placques. Information must be mailed to Mary Campbell, 1661 Campbell Trail, Richardson, Tx 75082. Information must be submitted by 1/31/2008. Mary Campbell can do HIT and RHIT prizes. We discussed doing blankets with HIT and RHIT embroidered on them.
