MINUTES of MEETING February, 3, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 8:06pm.
January minutes were read by secretary, Carla Miller. Barbara Palmer moved they be accepted as read and Alan Koepke seconded. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report: $8359.74 is balance. Airline tickets is an expenditure this past month and our trial application fee to AKC. Carla moved report be accepted as read. Rusty Sexton seconded. Motion carried.


OLD BUSINESS

Trial Committee: Airline reservations for March 2009 judges were made.
Caterer is still being worked on. Mary has ordered ribbons.
Barbara Palmer will ask our old caterer at Whitesboro to cater our Spring 2009 trial.
Mary Campbell anounced that February 3 is last day for turning in Dog of the Year points and titles. She will order placques February 4.


NEW BUSINESS

Membership: Tim and Donna Walker had second reading. Sue Sweetnam moves they be voted in as members. Wade Campbell seconded. Motion carried.
Application and first reading of Trish Millsap was done.
Suspended second reding and moved by Sue that she be voted into membership. Carla Miller seconded. Motion carried.
Application from Anna and John Leal was read for first time. Needs second reading next month. Application read for Melissa Winters for first time. Needs second reading next month.
Second reading for Craig Otteson for membership. Sue moved he be voted in. Carla Miller seconded. Motion carried.

. Jack Sweetnam moved we adjourn. Rusty seconded. Meeting adjourned at 8:24pm.
