MINUTES of MEETING July 1, 2008

The July meeting of the NCTHDA was called to order by President Wade Campbell at 8:33 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2008.
Minutes were approved from the e-mail sent out by Secretary Carla Miller, Sue Sweetnam forgot to bring the minutes. Motion to accept the minutes as sent out, made by Susan Sexton and 2nd by David Brundage. Motion passed.
Treasurer's report:The Treasurer's report was given by Sue Sweetnam. A balance of $8,713.98 was reported and a $45.00 deposit making a balance or $8,758.98. The check from Lori Bowles and two checks for AKC have been cashed. David Brundage moved that the Treasurer Report be accepted it was 2nd by Susan Sexton.

OLD BUSINESS
Sue Sweetnam reported that the only people not paying dues this year are John and Andrea Coxen, Jane Harrell, and Margaret Skalski. Wade reported that he has sent out the contracts for the Fall Herding Trial Judges Panel. NEW BUSINESS
No New Business was discussed. Motion to adjourn was made by Jack Sweetnam and 2nd by Susan Sexton.
