MINUTES of MEETING June 3, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 8:20 pm.
The minutes were read by secretary, Carla Miller. Jack Sweetnam moved the April minutes be accepted as read. David Brundage seconded. Motion carried.
Treasurer's report:The Treasurer's report was given by Sue Sweetnam. $8783.98 is our balance as of 6/1/2008. Sue will send e-mail out to remind mem- bers that dues were due 6/1/2008.
President's report:The President's report was given by Wade Campbell. The second judge is Pam Wolf from Kansas. Dana McKenzie is first judge for our Fall 2008 trial. Now the trial application will be sent to AKC.

OLD BUSINESS

No old business was discussed
NEW BUSINESS

Mary Campbell will be the trophy chairman for the Fall 2008 trial. A motion was made to have blankets for HIT and RHIT by Susan Sexton, seconded by Sue Sweetnam. Motion carried. Barbara Palmer brought up that we might consider having smaller trials with limited entries to allow local members a chance to trial. Also, the club could pair up with another club and be workers for the other club.
A motion was made to adjourn. It was seconded. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:40pm.
