MINUTES of MEETING May 6, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 8:30 pm.
. The minutes were read by secretary, Carla Miller. Jack Sweetnam moved the April minutes be accepted as read. David Brundage seconded. Motion carried.
Treasurer's report: The Treasurer's report was given by Sue Sweetnam. 8716.98 is the balance. $220.83 was loss for our spring trial. Another $100 check will be issued to Lori Bowles for entries refunded as she never received the first one.
President's report:The President's report was given by Wade Campbell. Dana McKenzie is first judge he contacted for fall trial. Still working on 2nd judge.

OLD BUSINESS

Membership: Sue Sweetnam stated dues are due June 1, 200. No new membership applications have been sent in.
Nominating Committee reported that the following were nominated for office: President Wade Campbell V.President David Brundage Secretary Carla Miller Treasurer Sue Sweetnam Board Barbara Palmer Jack Sweetnam Rusty Sexton No new nominations were made from the floor. Jack moved to accept slate as read. David seconded. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS

No new business was discussed
Jack Sweetnam moved we adjourn. David seconded. Meeting adjourned at 8:48pm.
