MINUTES of MEETING November 6, 2007

Dogdays.jpg - 31886 Bytes The meeting was called to order at 8:30 pm.
The October minutes were read by secretary, Carla Miller. Sue Sweetnam moved to accept minutes as read. Tom Caseysseconded. Motion carried.
Treasurer's report: The treasurer's report was given by Sue Sweetnam. Our balance is $9,242.13.
President's report: The President's report was given by Wade Campbell.He needs someone to find judges for the Marh 2008 Trial. Carla Miller voluntered. There were 3 names brought up, Carol Lucero, Cathy Balliu, and James DeKeifer.

OLD BUSINESS

Membership: Sue reported Barbara Palmer was eligible for vote and was voted in. Susan and Rusty Sexton were voted into membership.

Trial Report: We need workers. Sue & Jack Sweetnam, Barbara Palmer, Susan Sexton, and Carla Miller can scribe or timekeep. Barbara had said she could help with trial. Old Business: Jane Harrell resigned as board member, but will stay a member. Meeting suspended temporarily at 8:55 to nominate and elect board member to replace Jane Harrell. Board voted in Rusty Sexton. Meeting resumed with more Old Business: Reservations have been made for our December trial judges.
NEW BUSINESS
No new business.
Jack moved we adjourn. Susan Sexton seconded. Meeting adjourned at 9pm.
