MINUTES of MEETING September 4, 2007

The August minutes were read by secretary, Carla Miller. Sue Sweetnam moved they be accepted as read. Wade seconded. Motion carried.
Treasurer's report:There was no Treasurer's report. Lori Bowles is not present. Sue Sweetnam is attempting to get signatures changed on our bank account. The bank is requiring a signature from Lori Bowles and John Coxon to sign off the account. Sue sent John Coxon a request by e-mail, but has not heard back. She is sending a letter to John and to Lori to sign off the account.
President's report: The President's report was given by Wade Campbell.Wade mailed the signed contract for our Fall 2007 trial to Mark Westerman.

OLD BUSINESS
Carla Miller will contact Mark Westerman for a written contract signed by him stating terms for trial site rental.
Membership: No new applications were turned into Sue.

NEW BUSINESS
Mary Campbell moved we move the meetings to the Steak 'N Ale in Plano, Tx at Central Exprswy and Park.Sue Sweetnam seconded. There was a discussion that the club might pick up a couple of interested members from the north if the meeting was held in a more central location. A vote was taken and the motion carried. Jack Sweetnam moved we adjourn. Sue seconded. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:50pm.
