MINUTES of MEETING September 2, 2008
The meeting was called to order at 8:45 pm.
Minutes from August meeting were read by secretary, Carla Miller, Barbara Palmer moved we accept minutes as read. Sue Sweetnam seconded. Motion carried.
President, Wade Campbell reported that information sent to Rhonda to do premium list for Fall trial. Wade will call Rhonda or Mark Westerman reference to determine if cattle will be offered in Fall Trial.
Treasurer's report:Sue Sweetnam read the Treasurers report. $8113.98 is balance. Check for insurance was $645.00. Mary Campbell moved to accept treasurer's report. Susan Sexton seconded. Motion carried.
