MINUTES of MEETING SEPTEMBER, 8, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 8:07 pm.
Carla Miller read August minutes. Sue Sweetnam moved they be accepted as read. Jack Sweetnam seconded. Motion carried.
President's report was given by Wade Campbell. The Spring Trial judges are needed. Wade will get in touch with Barbar Palmer.

OLD BUSINESS
Trial Committee:Trial Report: Barbara Palmer was not there. We discussed meal options and tabled til next month.

NEW BUSINESS
Jack Sweetnam moved we adjourn. David Brundage seonded. Meeting adjourned at 8:15p
